Frame
The Louis Sectional is constructed with solid hard wood frames in order to provide stability and durability. The corners of the frame are reinforced with blocks in order to decrease movement.
Suspension
The suspension is an integral part of the durability and comfort level of the seat. Constructed using a 3.6mm zig zag spring, straps and elastics in order to provide seat consistency, stability and flexibility.
Foam
Foam is generally the foundation of the seat. Generally furniture is constructed using 30 density foam, however, the Louis Sectional uses a minimum of 38 density foam which means the foam is more durable and resilient.
The Louis Sectional is created using a variety of high density foams at varying firmness levels to optimize comfort, stability and cushion resilience.
RDS Feathers
RDS (Responsible Down Standard) feathers are added to create additional comfort and a luxurious feel to the seats. The comfort is again increased by combining the feathers with micro fibre to fill the spaces between the feathers. This increases the comfort and breathability in the cushions.
